As part of our commitment to ensuring evidence is at the heart of decision making for the benefit of ex-Service personnel and their families, we have used a robust methodology to produce a summary of current research evidence about post-Service employment among ex-Service personnel and their partners. In November 2023, and again in June 2024, we conducted a narrative literature review, a grey literature search, and stakeholder consultations, to gather existing evidence and consolidate this into an accessible synthesis. This led to the publication of this research summary, and accompanying one-page summary, in October 2024.
